The role involves working closely with engineering, SRE and DevOps teams to build automation and infrastructure capabilities that enable our applications to operate reliably at scale.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure and platform services.\nBuild automation for provisioning, deployment, monitoring and management of cloud resources.\nWork extensively with AWS cloud services and cloud-native technologies.\nDevelop Infrastructure-as-Code using tools such as Terraform.\nDesign and manage containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes.\nBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated software delivery.\nDevelop automation and internal tooling using Python, Java or similar programming languages.\nImprove system reliability, scalability, availability, and performance.\nTroubleshoot complex infrastructure, networking, and production issues.\nWork with distributed systems, microservices, and service-to-service communication.\nImplement observability solutions covering monitoring, logging, alerting, and performance metrics.\nCollaborate with Software Engineering, SRE, Security and DevOps teams to improve engineering productivity.\nParticipate in architecture discussions, design reviews, and technical decision making.\nMentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering best practices.\nRequired Skills & Qualifications:\n5+ years of experience in software engineering, cloud infrastructure, SRE or DevOps.\nStrong programming experience in Python, Go, Java or a similar language.\nStrong hands-on experience with AWS or other major cloud platforms.\nStrong understanding of Linux/Unix systems.\nHands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker.\nExperience with Terraform or other Infrastructure-as-Code tools.\nStrong understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS and load balancing.\nExperience building and managing CI/CD pipelines.\nGood understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture.\nExperience with monitoring and observability tools.\nStrong debugging, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nStrong understanding of software engineering principles, data structures and algorithms.\nGood to Have:\nExperience with Kafka or other distributed messaging systems.\nExperience with service mesh technologies.\nExperience with AWS networking, IAM and security services.\nExperience operating highly available production systems at scale.\nExperience with GitOps tools such as ArgoCD.\nExperience with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch or similar observability platforms.\nContributions to internal platforms or open-source projects.\nEducation Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\nMust-have skills\nAWS, Cloud
