Responsibilities\nDesign, build, and deploy production-ready Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions.\nDevelop and optimize LLM-powered applications using RAG, GraphRAG, Agentic AI, and multimodal AI technologies.\nFine-tune and customize Large Language Models using LoRA, PEFT, transfer learning, and other relevant techniques.\nBuild intelligent chatbots, search engines, recommendation systems, and knowledge retrieval applications.\nDesign and optimize prompt engineering frameworks for business-specific use cases.\nDevelop scalable AI pipelines, model-serving frameworks, and API-based AI services.\nWork with structured and unstructured datasets to build predictive and generative AI solutions.\nCollaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to translate business challenges into AI-driven applications.\nEvaluate emerging AI models, technologies, frameworks, and tools, recommending their adoption where relevant.\nEnsure deployed AI solutions are scalable, reliable, secure, and production-ready.\nRequired Technical Skills\nGenerative AI (Mandatory)\nLarge Language Models (LLMs)\nRetrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)\nGraphRAG\nPrompt Engineering\nAI Agents and Agentic Workflows\nLLM Fine-Tuning using LoRA and PEFT\nEmbeddings and Vector Search\nMultimodal AI Applications\nFrameworks and Tools (Mandatory)\nStrong programming skills in Python.\nHands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph.\nExperience with Neo4j and graph databases.\nFamiliarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate, PgVector, or equivalent technologies.\nMachine Learning (Mandatory)\nStrong understanding of classification and regression models.\nAbility to apply Machine Learning concepts to predictive and generative AI use
