Experience working with fintech platforms or other high-availability systems will be an added advantage.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable cloud infrastructure.\nBuild, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to streamline application development and deployment.\nDeploy, configure, and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes.\nAutomate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and operational workflows.\nMonitor system performance, availability, and reliability to ensure smooth production operations.\nIdentify, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure, deployment, and production-related issues.\nImplement Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices to improve uptime, scalability, and operational efficiency.\nEstablish and maintain monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident management processes.\nIndependently manage infrastructure operations and ensure production systems meet reliability requirements.\nCollaborate with development and engineering teams to improve deployment processes and infrastructure performance.\nRequired Skills and Qualifications\nMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or Site Reliability Engineering.\nStrong hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and infrastructure automation.\nPractical expertise in CI/CD tools and deployment workflows.\nExperience managing Kubernetes and containerized environments.\nStrong understanding of production monitoring, system reliability, scalability, and high availability.\nAbility to independently manage infrastructure operations and troubleshoot complex technical issues.\nMust-Have Skills\nDevOps\nCloud Infrastructure\nCI/CD\nGood-to-Have Skills\nFintech industry experience.\nExperience managing high-availability systems.\nStrong understanding of Site Reliability Engineering
