engineering, technology leadership, engineering management, or a related field.\nProven experience leading and scaling high-performing engineering teams across multiple technology domains.\nStrong hands-on understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, APIs, cloud-native platforms, and scalable application development.\nExperience driving end-to-end product and platform engineering initiatives in high-growth or complex technology environments.\nStrong understanding of modern engineering practices, system reliability, security, observability, and performance optimisation.\nExperience with AI/ML, Generative AI, intelligent automation, or AI-powered product capabilities is highly desirable.\nAbility to balance strategic leadership with hands-on technical contribution and architecture-level decision-making.\nStrong experience partnering with Product, Design, Business, Operations, and senior leadership teams.\nProven ability to build engineering culture, mentor leaders, develop talent, and drive organisational growth.\nStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex technical and business challenges.\nExcellent understanding of engineering delivery, quality standards, CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and operational excellence.\nStrong communication, stakeholder-management, and influencing skills.\nAbility to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and long-term technology strategy.\nA Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline is
