Experience with React for frontend development and Python for scripting or backend services will be a valuable advantage.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, test, and maintain scalable full stack applications with Java as the core backend technology.\nBuild robust backend services, RESTful APIs, and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.\nDevelop maintainable application components using object-oriented programming, design patterns, and clean coding principles.\nAnalyse complex technical requirements and translate architectural designs into efficient software solutions.\nIntegrate frontend and backend components to deliver seamless application functionality.\nContribute to frontend development using React where required.\nUse Python for scripting, automation, or additional backend development where appropriate.\nDesign and optimise database interactions across relational and NoSQL databases.\nTroubleshoot complex application issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and improve system performance.\nWrite and maintain unit tests and integration tests to ensure software quality and reliability.\nParticipate in code reviews and uphold engineering standards, coding practices, and documentation quality.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features from design through deployment.\nMentor junior developers and contribute to technical discussions and knowledge sharing.\nWork with cloud platforms, deployment processes, and CI/CD workflows to support reliable releases.\nEvaluate and adopt emerging technologies to improve application capabilities, scalability, and maintainability.\nWhat Makes You a Great Fit\n4+ years of professional software development experience, with strong hands-on expertise in Java.
