business outcomes.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\nLead end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise AI and SaaS implementation programs, from project initiation and planning to deployment and post-launch support.\nManage enterprise implementations involving LLM-powered chatbots, voicebots, conversational AI, and intelligent automation solutions.\nTranslate customer requirements and business objectives into structured project plans, delivery roadmaps, milestones, and execution strategies.\nBuild strong relationships with enterprise customers and senior stakeholders, including CXOs and business leaders.\nConduct weekly business reviews (WBRs), monthly business reviews (MBRs), executive reviews, and project governance meetings.\nCoordinate with Product, Engineering, QA, AI, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.\nDefine project scope, timelines, resource requirements, dependencies, and delivery commitments.\nDrive Agile execution through sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and regular progress reviews.\nTrack project progress using tools such as Jira, Asana, MS Project, or similar project management platforms.\nIdentify delivery risks, resolve execution bottlenecks, manage escalations, and implement corrective actions.\nEnsure solutions meet agreed quality, performance, security, and business requirements before go-live.\nMonitor adoption, automation outcomes, operational efficiency, and customer experience improvements after implementation.\nManage multiple enterprise programs simultaneously while maintaining visibility into timelines, risks, budgets, and outcomes.\nMentor project managers and delivery teams, fostering accountability, collaboration, and a strong execution culture.\nContinuously improve delivery frameworks, governance practices, documentation, and implementation processes.\nWhat Makes You a Great Fit\n8+ years of experience in technical project management, program management, SaaS implementation, or enterprise technology delivery, including at least 3 years in a senior or team-handling role.\nProven experience delivering complex, customer-facing enterprise implementations from initiation through go-live.\nHands-on exposure to AI/LLM-powered applications, chatbots, voicebots, conversational AI, or intelligent automation platforms.\nStrong understanding of SaaS implementation lifecycles, Agile methodologies, project governance, and delivery management.\nExcellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.\nAbility to engage confidently with CXOs, enterprise customers, and senior decision-makers.\nStrong expertise in project planning, scope control, resource allocation, risk management, and delivery tracking.\nProven ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities, and complex dependencies.\nExperience mentoring project managers and building high-performing delivery teams.\nStrong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and decision-making under pressure.\nProficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project.\nCertifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent are an advantage.\nExperience in AI-led customer experience, CRM, conversational AI, automation, consulting, or enterprise SaaS platforms is preferred.\nA strong ownership mindset with a focus on customer success, delivery excellence, and measurable business
