enhance applications supporting financial services, banking operations, and transaction processing.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.\n\nDevelop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services, ensuring performance, reliability, and security.\n\nFollow coding standards, software development best reviews, technical discussions, design reviews, and architectural decision-making.\n\nEnsure applications adhere to security standards, data protection requirements, and applicable banking improving team productivity and code quality.\n\nMust-Have Skills\nJava: Strong hands-on experience in Java programming, object-oriented design, data structures, and enterprise application development.\n\nBanking Domain: Mandatory experience working in the banking industry, with an understanding of banking applications, financial workflows, and transaction-oriented systems.\n\nAWS: Strong experience developing, deploying, and managing applications on AWS cloud infrastructure.\n\nSoftware Engineering: Excellent knowledge of debugging, performance optimization, application security, and software development best practices.\n\nProblem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to handle complex technical challenges.\n\nGood-to-Have Skills\nExperience with Spring Boot for developing enterprise-grade applications and REST APIs.\n\nKnowledge of microservices architecture, distributed systems, and service-oriented design.\n\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, containerization, and cloud deployment practices.\n\nExperience with relational databases, SQL, application monitoring, and performance Experience: Strong hands-on expertise in Java and AWS.\n\nDomain Experience: Prior experience in the banking industry is mandatory.\n\nPreferred Expertise: Spring Boot and microservices architecture.\n\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field is
