maintainability.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend applications and software solutions.\nApply strong knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms to solve complex engineering problems efficiently.\nDesign and implement distributed systems and scalable architectures using sound system design principles.\nWork with Apache Kafka to build reliable, event-driven applications and manage real-time data streaming and asynchronous communication.\nDevelop efficient, reusable, and maintainable code while following software engineering best practices.\nParticipate in architectural discussions, technical design reviews, and code reviews to ensure high-quality engineering standards.\nIdentify performance bottlenecks, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and implement effective solutions.\nCollaborate with product, QA, DevOps, and engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.\nEnsure application reliability, scalability, security, and optimal performance across production environments.\nMentor junior engineers, share technical knowledge, and contribute to continuous improvement within the engineering team.\nMust-Have Skills\nStrong expertise in Apache Kafka, including event-driven architecture, messaging systems, and distributed data processing.\nExcellent understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA), with the ability to solve complex computational problems.\nStrong knowledge of System Design, including high-level and low-level design, scalability, fault tolerance, and distributed systems.\nExperience designing and developing large-scale, high-availability software applications.\nStrong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging capabilities.\nGood-to-Have Skills\nHands-on experience with Java programming and object-oriented programming concepts.\nExperience developing backend applications using Java Spring Boot and related frameworks.\nStrong understanding of Microservices architecture and distributed application development.\nFamiliarity with REST APIs, database technologies, caching mechanisms, and application integration.\nKnowledge of performance optimization, concurrency, multithreading, and cloud-based application development.\nExperience & Qualifications\n6-20 years of overall experience in software development and engineering.\nProven experience building and maintaining scalable backend systems and enterprise-grade applications.\nStrong understanding of software development lifecycle, design patterns, and engineering best practices.\nExcellent communication, collaboration, and technical leadership skills.\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline
