The role involves leading digital transformation initiatives in the development sector, working closely with NGO leadership, operational teams, technology vendors, and other stakeholders to design and implement technology-driven programs.\nThe ideal candidate will be passionate about working with a not-for-profit organization and capable of managing end-to-end program delivery, from stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering to implementation, adoption, and post-implementation monitoring. Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills are essential.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\nNGO Leadership Engagement\nEngage with NGO leaders to identify and establish core program priorities and objectives.\nBuild strong relationships with NGO leadership and secure their active participation and support throughout program delivery.\nAlign key stakeholders on program goals, expectations, and critical success factors at the beginning of each initiative.\nDefine, monitor, and track key performance indicators (KPIs), success metrics, and program outcomes.\nEnsure leadership involvement in driving program progress and achieving intended results.\nProgram Design and Implementation\nCollaborate with NGOs, operational teams, and field staff to understand their requirements and operational challenges.\nCoordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure stakeholders are adequately prepared for discussions.\nFacilitate requirement-gathering sessions and translate NGO needs into detailed project requirements, including initial wish lists, finalized specifications, and practical workarounds.\nCoordinate with technology vendors and NGO stakeholders to finalize solution designs and ensure timely system development.\nCreate a collaborative environment that supports effective communication and successful program execution.\nConduct end-to-end application testing to validate that the solution meets business and operational requirements.\nSupport NGOs throughout implementation, ensuring effective system adoption and usage.\nFacilitate user onboarding, resolve implementation-related issues, and encourage user engagement and recognition.\nProactively identify program risks and challenges, including timeline and budget constraints, and support mitigation efforts.\nPost-Implementation Monitoring\nMonitor system usage and adoption across participating NGOs.\nDefine and track key metrics to evaluate program performance and outcomes.\nIdentify performance gaps and work with NGO teams to implement corrective actions.\nGather, review, and discuss additional requirements to support continuous improvement.\nExternal Communications and Content Management\nManage and coordinate social media handles.\nOversee the review and regular updating of website content.\nCollaborate with marketing teams and external agencies to develop videos and other communication materials.\nCoordinate the creation of case studies, presentations, reports, and other program-related content as required.\nRequired Qualifications and Experience\n6-8 years of experience in project management, program management, or consulting.\nDemonstrated experience managing projects, preferably involving technology or digital transformation.\nExperience working with diverse stakeholders across organizational levels.\nA Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.\nA strong interest in
