Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications using Java.\nBuild robust, secure, and high-performance backend systems and applications.\nApply strong knowledge of Core Java, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.\nDevelop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate applications with internal and external systems.\nWrite clean, reusable, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices.\nParticipate in the complete software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.\nIdentify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and production defects.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.\nParticipate in code reviews, provide technical guidance, and ensure adherence to security.\nMentor junior developers and support knowledge-sharing initiatives within the engineering team.\nMust-Have Skills\nStrong hands-on experience in Java development.\nExcellent understanding of Core Java, OOP concepts, Collections Framework, Multithreading, and Exception Handling.\nStrong knowledge of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Design Patterns.\nExperience in developing enterprise-grade applications and backend services.\nGood understanding of REST APIs, web services, and application integration.\nStrong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.\nFamiliarity with software development methodologies, version control systems, and code quality practices.\nGood-to-Have Skills\nExperience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.\nKnowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems.\nFamiliarity with relational and NoSQL databases.\nExperience with SQL, database optimization, and query performance tuning.\nExposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.\nFamiliarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.\nExperience & Qualifications\n5-12 years of professional experience in software development.\nStrong hands-on experience building applications using Java.\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.\nProven ability to independently handle complex development tasks and deliver quality software solutions.\nExcellent
