The ideal candidate will have strong expertise as a Technical Recruiter, with hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes for technology roles. This role requires excellent sourcing skills, strong candidate engagement capabilities, and the ability to work closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand and fulfill hiring requirements.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\nManage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring requirements and sourcing candidates to screening, interviewing coordination, offer management, and onboarding.\nSource and identify qualified candidates for technical positions through LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, referrals, databases, and other talent channels.\nWork closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand technical requirements, team structures, role expectations, and candidate profiles.\nConduct initial candidate screening and evaluate candidates based on technical experience, relevant skills, career progression, communication, and organizational fit.\nBuild and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future technology hiring requirements.\nHandle multiple technical requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality, turnaround time, and candidate experience.\nCoordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams, ensuring smooth communication throughout the selection process.\nManage candidate follow-ups, feedback collection, salary discussions, offer negotiations, and joining formalities.\nDevelop strong relationships with candidates and maintain an active network of technology professionals.\nTrack recruitment metrics such as sourcing activity, pipeline conversion, interview ratios, offer acceptance, and joining rates.\nStay updated on technology hiring trends, talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and competitive talent markets.\nCollaborate with internal teams to continuously improve sourcing strategies, recruitment processes, and candidate experience.\nMust-Have Skills\nStrong experience as a Technical Recruiter / Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist.\nProven expertise in recruiting for software engineering, product, data, cloud, DevOps, QA, AI/ML, and other technology roles.\nStrong understanding of technical job requirements and the ability to assess candidates against role-specific skills.\nExcellent sourcing and candidate identification capabilities using LinkedIn, job portals, Boolean search, referrals, and other recruitment channels.\nStrong communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement skills.\nAbility to independently manage multiple positions and recruitment pipelines.\nGood-to-Have Skills\nExperience in Talent Acquisition strategy and workforce hiring.\nExposure to large-scale Tech Recruitment across multiple technology functions.\nExperience with US Recruitment and familiarity with US hiring practices, candidate markets, time zones, and recruitment processes.\nExperience working with ATS/recruitment platforms and maintaining recruitment dashboards and reports.\nExposure to international or global hiring environments.\nExperience\n5-11 years of relevant experience in Technical Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or Technology Hiring.","description_format":"text","description_chars":3623,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":null,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[{"name":"India","iso":"IN","kind":"country"}],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":[],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-24T07:21:49Z"}],"liveness":{"score":52,"band":"ok","label":"Likely open","p_open":1,"p_active":0.516,"p_room":1,"age_days":0,"expected_fill_days":5,"reasons":["conf:0","agency","win:early","comp:brand"],"computed_at":"2026-09-24T14:58:15Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/weekday-senior-talent-acquisition-specialist","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/weekday-senior-talent-acquisition-specialist.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-09-24T14:58:15Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers"}}
