applications and workflows\nCustomize GRC modules such as Policy & Controls, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Compliance Management\nIntegrate GRC solutions with other ServiceNow applications and external systems (e.g., ERP, SOAR, SIEM)\nDevelop and maintain code using JavaScript, UiScript, UiPolicy, and AngularJS (if applicable)\nCreate and manage data models, tables, and business rules for GRC data\nPerform impact analysis, testing, and debugging of GRC components\nDocument design specifications, technical specifications, and user guides\nProvide post-implementation support and troubleshooting for GRC-related issues\nParticipate in release management, ensuring GRC enhancements are deployed smoothly\nStay current with ServiceNow platform releases, new GRC features, and industry compliance standards\n3+ years of experience developing ServiceNow applications with a focus on GRC\nProficiency in ServiceNow JavaScript, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Flow Designer\nDeep understanding of GRC concepts, risk management frameworks, and compliance regulations\nExperience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and outbound APIs\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset\nExcellent communication skills, able to translate complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders\nFamiliarity with Agile development
