The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce Order Management, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, APIs, and payment gateway integrations.\nThis role focuses on building and maintaining scalable order management solutions that support the complete order lifecycle, including order processing, fulfilment, inventory, payments, returns, and refunds. The successful candidate will combine strong technical capabilities with an understanding of commerce operations, integration architecture, and production support.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications and custom solutions supporting order management and commerce operations.\nImplement and manage Salesforce Order Management connectors, payment gateway adapters, and external system integrations.\nDevelop custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flows, Platform Events, and asynchronous processing.\nBuild and maintain REST and SOAP API integrations across eCommerce, POS, WMS, ERP, tax, payment, and logistics platforms.\nImplement and support order lifecycle processes, including order capture, fulfilment, inventory updates, returns, refunds, and payment processing.\nPerform data modelling, mapping, transformation, reconciliation, and validation to maintain data accuracy across systems.\nConfigure Salesforce security, including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, queues, and access controls.\nWrite and maintain unit tests, debug Apex code, monitor integrations, and resolve technical issues.\nSupport production deployments, incident resolution, and ongoing system maintenance.\nManage source control and deployment workflows using Git, Salesforce CLI, DevOps Center, change sets, or equivalent CI/CD tools.\nCollaborate with architects, business analysts, testers, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to deliver reliable solutions.\nIdentify opportunities to improve integration reliability, performance, monitoring, and operational efficiency.\nSupport the configuration or development of Salesforce Agentforce actions for AI-assisted, order-related tasks where applicable.\nWhat Makes You a Great Fit\n4+ years of Salesforce development experience, including hands-on experience with Salesforce Order Management or comparable commerce and OMS platforms.\nStrong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flows, Platform Events, and asynchronous processing.\nProven experience implementing OMS connectors and payment gateway integrations.\nStrong understanding of order processing, fulfilment, returns, refunds, inventory, and payment workflows.\nHands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integrations across enterprise commerce systems.\nGood knowledge of Salesforce data modelling, security, environment management, and development best practices.\nExperience with Git, Salesforce CLI, and modern deployment and CI/CD workflows.\nStrong debugging, testing, integration monitoring, and production support capabilities.\nExperience in data mapping, transformation, reconciliation, and data quality management.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional environment.\nExposure to Salesforce Agentforce and AI-driven automation is an
