We are looking for a curious, proactive, and detail-oriented Junior Brand Consultant to support the development and execution of brand strategies and marketing initiatives. This role is suited for someone who is passionate about branding, consumer behaviour, storytelling, research, and marketing communication.

You will work closely with internal creative, content, digital, and communications teams while supporting client engagements and contributing to projects that strengthen brand positioning and customer experiences.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market, competitor, industry, and consumer research to support brand and marketing initiatives.
• Analyse research findings and help identify relevant consumer and market insights.
• Support the development of brand strategies, positioning, messaging, and communication frameworks.
• Assist with campaign planning and execution across relevant marketing channels.
• Coordinate with creative, content, digital, PR, and other internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare client presentations, reports, research summaries, meeting notes, and project documentation.
• Participate in client meetings, workshops, brainstorming sessions, and internal strategy discussions.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and action items to support timely execution.
• Follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure assigned activities are completed within agreed timelines.
• Monitor brand and campaign performance and assist in gathering insights for optimisation.
• Support the development of brand and marketing recommendations based on research and performance data.
• Maintain organised records of project information, research, presentations, and client requirements.
• Assist senior team members with day-to-day client servicing and brand consulting activities.
• Stay informed about emerging branding, marketing, consumer, media, and communication trends.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 1+ years of experience in branding, marketing, advertising, communications, consulting, or a related field.
• Strong interest in brand strategy, storytelling, consumer behaviour, and marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills and confidence in communicating ideas clearly.
• Good research, analytical, and information-gathering abilities.
• Ability to translate research and observations into clear insights and actionable inputs.
• Strong organisational and project-coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
