This role combines HR business partnering, employee engagement, performance management, employee relations, and HR operations.\nThe ideal candidate will be a hands-on HR professional who can build strong relationships with employees and managers, address people-related challenges, and help establish effective HR processes. You will play an important role in creating a positive employee experience, supporting business leaders, and developing scalable people practices in a fast-paced, multi-location operating environment.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\nPartner with managers and employees to address day-to-day HR matters, workplace concerns, and employee relations issues.\nBuild strong relationships with business teams to understand workforce requirements, team structures, employee challenges, and talent needs.\nSupport managers with performance conversations, goal-setting, feedback, team dynamics, and people-related decisions.\nIdentify employee-related risks and collaborate with HR leadership to develop appropriate interventions.\nPlan and execute employee engagement initiatives, employee connects, pulse surveys, and feedback mechanisms.\nMonitor employee feedback, identify recurring concerns, and coordinate timely resolution.\nManage key employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, confirmation, internal transfers, role changes, and exits.\nCoordinate performance management cycles, including goal-setting, performance reviews, feedback, and performance improvement plans.\nIdentify learning and development needs and support training programmes and manager development initiatives.\nAssist in developing, documenting, and implementing HR policies, processes, and people programmes.\nMaintain accurate employee records, HR dashboards, and reports covering attrition, engagement, performance, and onboarding.\nSupport HR compliance, audits, documentation, and operational activities.\nCollaborate with business leaders to improve employee experience, strengthen workplace culture, and support organisational effectiveness.\nIdentify opportunities to streamline HR workflows and establish consistent, scalable people practices.\nWhat Makes You a Great Fit\n 2-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in an HR generalist, HR Business Partner, or People Partner role.\nStrong understanding of employee engagement, performance management, onboarding, employee relations, and HR operations.\nExperience partnering with managers and employees across different levels of an organisation.\nExcellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills.\nAbility to handle sensitive employee matters with discretion, empathy, and sound judgement.\nStrong problem-solving skills and a proactive, hands-on approach to resolving workplace challenges.\nComfort working in a fast-paced environment where processes and systems are still evolving.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.\nFamiliarity with HR dashboards, people metrics, reporting tools, and HR information systems.\nExperience in a startup, retail, FMCG, consumer internet, logistics, or other operations-intensive environment is an advantage.\nA strong sense of ownership, adaptability, and commitment to building a positive employee
