You will drive critical technical initiatives end to end, contribute to architectural decisions, and help establish strong engineering practices.\nThis is a high-impact individual-contributor opportunity offering significant technical ownership and close collaboration with the founding team.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, architect, and develop core software systems and scalable applications.\nBuild responsive and high-performance frontend applications using React.js.\nDevelop robust backend services and APIs using Golang or Java.\nWrite clean, maintainable, efficient, and production-ready code.\nTake end-to-end ownership of engineering initiatives, from technical design and implementation to deployment and ongoing improvements.\nDrive architectural decisions and contribute to building reliable and scalable technology solutions.\nIdentify technical challenges, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement effective solutions.\nCollaborate closely with the founding team and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.\nMaintain high standards of code quality, performance, security, and engineering excellence.\nRequired Qualifications\n6-8 years of hands-on software engineering experience.\nStrong expertise in React.js and modern frontend development.\nStrong backend development experience, preferably with Golang;
