Development: Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality backend applications using Java and the Spring ecosystem.\nSystem Architecture: Define and implement scalable, secure, and reliable software architectures that support business growth and evolving product requirements.\nTechnical Leadership: Lead complex engineering initiatives, establish coding standards, and drive best practices across development teams.\nSpring Framework Expertise: Build robust applications using Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and related Spring technologies.\nPerformance Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks, optimize application efficiency, and improve system reliability and responsiveness.\nCode Quality: Conduct code reviews, promote clean coding practices, and ensure adherence experience with the Spring Framework and Spring Boot.\nStrong understanding of data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and software engineering principles.\nExperience designing scalable, distributed, and high-performance backend systems.\nProficiency in REST API development, microservices architecture, and application integration.\nKnowledge of database design, SQL, and performance optimization.\nExperience with unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and code review practices.\nStrong understanding of concurrency, multithreading, exception handling, and JVM fundamentals.\nExcellent problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills.\nGood-to-have Skills\nExperience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.\nFamiliarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.\nExperience with Kafka or other event-driven messaging systems.\nKnowledge of NoSQL databases, caching solutions, and observability tools.\nExperience working in Agile development environments.\nEducation and Experience\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.\n10-12 years of relevant software development experience, with substantial hands-on expertise in Java and Spring.\nDemonstrated ability to lead complex technical initiatives and influence engineering decisions.\nCompensation\nThe budget for this position is up to ₹80 LPA, depending on the candidate's experience, technical expertise, and overall
