tracking systems.\nLead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, interview coordination, and offer management.\nCollaborate with senior leaders to develop role-specific competency models and interview playbooks.\nBuild and maintain relationships with external recruiting partners, universities, and industry communities.\nAnalyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, cost-per-hire) to continuously improve processes.\nDevelop and enforce HR operational systems, policies, and processes that support a high-performance workforce.\nChampion employee experience initiatives, from onboarding to feedback loops, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.\nRepresent the company at career fairs, tech meetups, and industry conferences to enhance employer brand visibility.\nStay updated on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring best practices to keep the organization competitive.\n1+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in fast-growing SaaS startups.\nDemonstrated success in end-to-end recruiting across multiple roles and levels.\nStrong knowledge of sourcing tools, ATS systems, and recruitment analytics.\nProven ability to develop and execute scalable HR operational frameworks.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels.\nCreative problem-solving mindset with a bias for action in ambiguous environments.\nDeep understanding of employee experience principles and onboarding best practices.\nAbility to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth culture with rapid
