The role requires strong expertise in sourcing, stakeholder management, headhunting, candidate assessment, recruitment operations, and talent pipeline development.\nThe ideal candidate will be capable of managing multiple hiring mandates simultaneously, partnering closely with business leaders and hiring managers, and delivering quality talent within defined timelines. Experience in retail, luxury, jewellery, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer-facing businesses will be an advantage.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn end-to-end recruitment across retail and corporate functions.\nPartner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and develop effective hiring plans.\nManage recruitment for retail roles including Style Consultants, Store Managers, Cluster Heads, Customer Experience, and other store positions.\nDrive corporate hiring across Finance, Marketing, Technology, Operations, Merchandising, Category, Business Planning, HR, and Administration.\nDevelop strong talent pipelines through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, employee referrals, consultants, campus hiring, and direct sourcing.\nConduct candidate screening and initial discussions to evaluate experience, communication, suitability, and cultural alignment.\nCoordinate interview processes and ensure timely feedback and decision-making from stakeholders.\nManage offer discussions, salary negotiations, documentation, and joining formalities.\nBuild talent pools for upcoming business expansion, new locations, and store launches.\nManage external recruitment consultants and ensure adherence to agreed commercials, service expectations, and replacement terms.\nMaintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate databases, MIS, hiring reports, and recruitment dashboards.\nMonitor recruitment metrics including time-to-hire, pipeline health, offer conversion, and joining ratios.\nProvide regular hiring updates and recruitment insights to HR leadership and business stakeholders.\nSupport employer branding and talent-attraction initiatives across relevant talent markets.\nEnsure a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding journey.\nWhat Makes You a Great Fit\n5+ years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Executive Search.\nStrong hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes independently.\nExperience handling both retail and corporate hiring will be preferred.\nExposure to luxury retail, jewellery, fashion, lifestyle, premium consumer brands, or retail operations is an advantage.\nExperience managing PAN-India hiring and multiple locations is desirable.\nStrong sourcing, headhunting, networking, and talent-pipeline development capabilities.\nExcellent stakeholder-management and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with senior business leaders and hiring managers.\nStrong candidate assessment, engagement, negotiation, and offer-management skills.\nProficiency with LinkedIn, Naukri, ATS/HRMS platforms, recruitment tools, and hiring dashboards.\nGood understanding of recruitment metrics, hiring processes, and talent-market dynamics.\nStrong ability to manage multiple vacancies, stakeholders, locations, and priorities simultaneously.\nExcellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through.\nStrong ownership and execution mindset with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.\nA genuine interest in building high-performing teams and delivering quality talent within defined timelines.","description_format":"text","description_chars":3799,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":null,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[{"name":"India","iso":"IN","kind":"country"}],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":[],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-26T11:01:47Z"}],"liveness":{"score":20,"band":"cold","label":"Long shot","p_open":1,"p_active":0.263,"p_room":0.75,"age_days":4,"expected_fill_days":5,"reasons":["conf:6","agency","stale_co","velocity","win:late","comp:brand"],"computed_at":"2026-10-01T05:45:00Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/weekday-talent-acquisition-ta","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/weekday-talent-acquisition-ta.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-01T18:30:14Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","usage":{"tier":"crawler","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":841,"day_limit":5000,"remaining_today":4159,"minute_limit":60,"resets_at":"2026-10-02T00:00:00Z"}}}
