quality, maintainability, scalability, and performance.\nOptimize application performance and database queries, particularly within SQL Server environments.\nLead, mentor, and manage a team of 5-10 developers, providing technical guidance and supporting their professional growth.\nHandle production issues, conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implement performance and reliability improvements.\nDesign and maintain robust, scalable, and resilient distributed systems.\nDrive CI/CD practices, DevOps adoption, and continuous improvement across the software development requirements into effective technical solutions.\nRequired Technical Skills\nBackend Development\nStrong proficiency in C# and .NET 6/7/8.\nHands-on experience with ASP.NET Core Web API.\nExpertise in Entity Framework Core (EF Core), Dapper, and advanced SQL Server.\nStrong understanding of asynchronous programming, multithreading, and concurrency.\nArchitecture and Distributed Systems\nExperience designing and developing microservices and distributed systems.\nWorking knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD), SOLID principles, Saga patterns, and Idempotency.\nExperience with messaging technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Azure Service Bus.\nFamiliarity with resilience patterns and libraries such as Polly, retry mechanisms, and circuit breakers.\nDevOps and Engineering Practices\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.\nStrong understanding of coding standards, code reviews, and software delivery processes.\nRequired Experience and Qualifications\n12-16 years of overall IT experience.\nAt least 3 years of experience in a Technical Lead role.\nProven experience managing and mentoring teams of 5-10 developers.\nAbility to remain hands-on, with approximately 50-60% involvement in coding.\nExperience in Lending, FinTech, BFSI, or related financial services environments is preferred.\nMust-Have Skills\nC#\n.NET 6/7/8\nASP.NET
