This role requires a combination of hands-on technical expertise, architectural vision, problem-solving abilities, and leadership skills.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and define scalable, resilient, and high-performance application architectures aligned with business and technology requirements.\n\nLead the architecture and development of enterprise-grade applications using Java 21, Spring Boot, and Quarkus.\n\nDefine and implement microservices-based architectures, ensuring modularity, scalability, maintainability, and performance.\n\nDrive architectural decisions related to application design, technology selection, frameworks, and integration patterns.\n\nEstablish coding standards, design principles, development guidelines, and engineering best practices across teams.\n\nProvide technical leadership and guidance to developers, architects, and engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle.\n\nDesign and implement RESTful APIs, backend services, and system integrations.\n\nEvaluate existing systems and recommend architectural improvements, modernization strategies, and performance optimizations.\n\nEnsure applications adhere to security, reliability, scalability, and availability standards.\n\nCollaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, engineering leaders, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.\n\nConduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical assessments to ensure solution quality.\n\nIdentify technical risks, resolve complex engineering challenges, and drive continuous improvement.\n\nMentor engineering teams and promote innovation, technical excellence, and knowledge sharing.\n\nMust-Have Skills\nStrong hands-on expertise in Java 21 and modern Java development practices.\n\nExtensive experience with Spring Boot for building enterprise-grade backend applications and microservices.\n\nStrong working knowledge of Quarkus for developing lightweight, cloud-native, and high-performance applications.\n\nDeep understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, and service-oriented architecture.\n\nExpertise in REST API development, application integration, and backend system design.\n\nStrong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean architecture.\n\nExperience with database design, query optimization, and transaction management.\n\nKnowledge of application security, authentication, authorization, and performance optimization.\n\nStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.\n\nExperience & Qualifications\n10-15 years of overall experience in software development and architecture.\n\nProven experience in designing and delivering large-scale enterprise applications.\n\nStrong experience leading technical architecture and engineering initiatives.\n\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\n\nExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.\n\nIdeal Candidate: A hands-on
