Enterprise Integration and Solution Development\nDesign, develop, and implement SaaS integration solutions for enterprise applications, with a focus on banking and financial services platforms.\nBuild and maintain RESTful APIs, integration services, and event-driven solutions using Java, Kafka, and related technologies.\nDevelop application, data, and system integrations across cloud-based and on-premises environments.\nImplement scalable and reusable integration components that support complex enterprise requirements.\nApply microservices architecture and distributed systems principles to build robust and maintainable solutions.\n2. Technical Solution Design and Implementation\nAnalyse business requirements, technical specifications, and customer needs to develop appropriate integration designs.\nTranslate functional and non-functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.\nCollaborate with technical consultants, solution architects, product teams, and engineering stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.\nContribute to solution architecture discussions, technical documentation, and the development of implementation best practices.\nEnsure solutions align with established engineering standards, performance expectations, and enterprise architecture guidelines.\n3. API Development and Event-Driven Architecture\nDesign, develop, test, and maintain REST APIs and API integration workflows.\nImplement event-driven architectures and asynchronous communication patterns using Kafka.\nIntegrate disparate applications and systems to enable reliable data exchange and seamless interoperability.\nTroubleshoot API and integration issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.\nOptimise integration performance, reliability, scalability, and error-handling mechanisms.\n4. Cloud and Enterprise Application Integration\nDevelop and support integration solutions using cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).\nWork with cloud-native services and enterprise applications to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable integrations.\nSupport integrations spanning cloud environments, on-premises infrastructure, and hybrid architectures.\nApply working knowledge of SaaS architecture, networking, security principles, and distributed computing to implementation activities.\nContribute to the deployment, configuration, and operational readiness of enterprise integration solutions.\n5. Implementation, Testing, and Production Support\nParticipate in all stages of the implementation lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, and production go-live.\nConduct technical troubleshooting and resolve integration-related issues during implementation and post-deployment activities.\nSupport performance optimisation, system reliability improvements, and production issue resolution.\nPrepare technical documentation, integration specifications, and operational guidelines.\nProvide technical support during customer implementation activities and help ensure successful project delivery.\n6. Client and Cross-Functional Collaboration\nParticipate in customer discussions to understand technical requirements, clarify integration dependencies, and recommend suitable solutions.\nWork closely with architects, consultants, product managers, and engineering teams to deliver customer-specific implementations.\nCommunicate technical concepts, implementation plans, risks, and dependencies clearly to relevant stakeholders.\nContribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement of enterprise integration practices.\nMust-Have Skills and Qualifications\nExperience: Typically 9+ years of experience in software engineering, application integration, enterprise solution development, or a related technical domain.\nJava: Strong hands-on expertise in Java and enterprise application development.\nREST APIs: Experience designing, developing, and integrating RESTful APIs and enterprise services.\nKafka: Knowledge of Kafka and event-driven architectures for asynchronous communication and data integration.\nEnterprise Integration: Experience integrating applications, systems, and data across complex enterprise environments.\nMicroservices and Distributed Systems: Understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, scalability, and system reliability.\nSQL and Data Processing: Working knowledge of SQL, data processing, and integration-related data management.\nCloud Technologies: Familiarity with cloud-based application development and integration environments.\nProblem-Solving: Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and technical decision-making capabilities.\n Communication: Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working with clients and cross-functional technical teams.\nGood-to-Have Skills\nHands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).\nExposure to banking, fintech, financial services, or core banking platforms.\nExperience working with enterprise SaaS products and technology consulting organisations.\nFamiliarity with enterprise integration frameworks and cloud-native architecture.\nUnderstanding of application security, networking fundamentals, and hybrid cloud environments.\nExperience contributing to technical design documentation and reusable integration frameworks.\nEducational Qualifications\nA bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline is preferred.
