This is not a conventional program management role. You will sit at the intersection of strategy, governance, and execution, shaping how critical transformative programs are run. Reporting into the Director, Technical Program Manager, you will be a key voice in building the PMO function and driving transformation across CIO Organization.\nRequirements\nWHAT YOU WILL DO :\nPartner directly with the CIO and his leadership team on critical transformation program strategy and delivery \nBuild and run program governance structures that scale with our hyper growth \nEstablish and continuously improve sprint cadence, story point estimation, Definition of Done, milestone tracking etc. \nIdentify and proactively manage risks, blockers, and escalation paths across complex, multi-team programs \nDrive structured program rollouts with defined scope, success metrics, and dependency management \nProduce C-suite facing deliverables: program status decks, OKR scorecards, quarterly business narratives, and business proposals \nDefine and track PMO KPIs: delivery velocity, capacity utilization, and quality indicators \nBuild and maintain dashboards in Jira, Confluence, and other AI tools for real-time program visibility \nChampion PMO maturity across teams- standardizing processes, governance frameworks, and reporting cadences \nWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR :\n7+ years of technical program management experience, with demonstrated ownership of complex, cross-functional technical programs \n2-4 years of management consulting experience preferred at a recognized firm, with strong executive-facing communication and structured problem-solving skills \nPrior experience embedded in a PMO within a multinational company, you have operated across geographies, time zones, and cross functional teams \nStrong written and verbal communication skills with ability to present to senior leadership team \nProven track record delivering programs in enterprise technology environments (GTM, Finance, Data/AI, or similar) \nProficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Agile/PDLC delivery frameworks \nWell versed with AI LLM models and building skills/agents \nMust-have skills\nProgram Management, program development\nGood-to-have skills\nJira, Confluence, Artificial
