with the Founder/CEO, functional leaders, Product and Technology teams, and Client Success and Sales teams to translate business objectives into effective operational strategies and execution plans.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\nOperations Strategy and Service Delivery\nDevelop and execute scalable operations strategies across Accounting, Tax, Payroll, Compliance, and CFO Services.\nOversee end-to-end service delivery, ensuring high standards of quality, accuracy, timeliness, and client satisfaction.\nStandardize operational processes and implement initiatives to improve efficiency, productivity, and service quality.\nIdentify operational gaps and drive improvements in client experience and overall business performance.\nProcess Optimization and Technology Transformation\nDrive process automation and operational transformation in collaboration with Product and Technology teams.\nLeverage technology to streamline workflows, improve accuracy, and enhance service delivery.\nEstablish and strengthen quality-control frameworks, operational controls, and compliance processes.\nPeople and Performance Management\nBuild, lead, and develop high-performing operations teams, managers, and functional leaders.\nEstablish operational KPIs and dashboards to monitor productivity, quality, service-level agreements (SLAs), capacity, and profitability.\nLead workforce planning and operational readiness to support business growth and seasonal demand.\nFoster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nPartner with the CEO, Sales, Client Success, Finance, HR, Product, and Technology teams to achieve organizational objectives.\nEnsure operational capabilities and resources are aligned with business priorities.\nDrive initiatives that strengthen service-line performance, cost efficiency, and client outcomes.\nRequired Qualifications and Experience\nMaster's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.\nCA, CPA, CMA, or an equivalent professional qualification is preferred.\n10+ years of progressive professional experience, including significant experience in operations leadership.\nProven experience managing large, multi-functional teams across accounting, tax, payroll, compliance, finance outsourcing, BPO, CAS, or professional services.\nCandidates with Big Four experience are preferred.\nStrong understanding of US accounting, taxation, payroll, and compliance operations.\nExperience managing US-based clients or US-focused service delivery teams.\nDemonstrated ability to scale operations within a high-growth organization.\nStrong understanding of operational metrics, workforce planning, quality management, and process improvement.\nExperience partnering with Product and Technology teams to automate operational workflows.\nStrong commercial acumen, including cost management, productivity optimization, and
