Responsibilities\nLead the identification, evaluation, and execution of real estate investment opportunities across relevant asset classes.\nConduct detailed commercial, financial, legal, technical, and market due diligence on prospective investments.\nBuild and review financial models, investment cases, return analyses, cash-flow projections, and scenario assessments.\nAssess project feasibility, valuation, market attractiveness, capital requirements, risks, and expected returns.\nDevelop investment recommendations and present findings to senior leadership and investment committees.\nLead transaction execution, including structuring, negotiations, documentation, and coordination with external advisors.\nConduct market research and track trends in real estate pricing, demand, supply, development activity, and investment opportunities.\nEvaluate developers, sponsors, operating partners, and other transaction counterparties.\nIdentify potential risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies throughout the investment lifecycle.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with developers, brokers, investors, lenders, consultants, legal advisors, and other industry stakeholders.\nMonitor existing investments and provide insights on portfolio performance, valuations, risks, and exit opportunities.\nSupport strategic initiatives related to portfolio expansion, capital deployment, partnerships, and new investment themes.\nMentor and guide investment team members while establishing high standards for analysis, execution, and governance.\nWhat Makes You a Great Fit\n5+ years of relevant experience in real estate investments, private equity, investment banking, real estate finance, or a closely related field.\nStrong hands-on understanding of real estate investing and transaction execution.\nProven experience conducting comprehensive due diligence and evaluating investment opportunities.\nStrong financial modelling, valuation, investment analysis, and commercial assessment skills.\nDeep understanding of real estate markets, development economics, transaction structures, and risk-return dynamics.\nStrong negotiation and stakeholder-management capabilities with the confidence to engage senior decision-makers.\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.\nAbility to independently manage transactions from opportunity sourcing through investment closure.\nStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex analysis into clear investment
