operations while ensuring accurate inventory records.\nMonitor end-to-end order dispatches and delivery timelines across multiple logistics partners.\nPrepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports to track inventory performance, warehouse efficiency, and logistics KPIs.\nReconcile physical inventory with system records and investigate stock count discrepancies.\nPerform root cause analysis to identify recurring inventory gaps and delivery bottlenecks, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.\nInvestigate delivery exceptions, failed shipments, and SLA breaches to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.\nLeverage Advanced Excel to analyze inventory and logistics trends, build dashboards, and provide actionable business insights.\nIdentify, investigate, and resolve stock count gaps through data analysis, root cause identification, and process improvements to ensure high inventory accuracy.\nWork closely with procurement, warehouse, logistics, operations, customer support, finance teams, and courier partners to ensure seamless inventory movement and on-time order fulfillment.\nDrive initiatives to improve inventory accuracy, warehouse productivity, delivery turnaround times, and overall process efficiency.\nMaintain proper documentation and ensure adherence to inventory control procedures and warehouse best practices\nWhat We're Looking For\n3+ years of experience in Warehouse Operations, Inventory Management, Logistics, or Supply Chain.\nStrong expertise in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, dashboards, MIS reporting, and data analysis).\nProven experience identifying and resolving stock count discrepancies and delivery gaps through structured analysis.\nStrong analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns, investigate issues, and implement long-term process improvements.\nExperience working with ERP, WMS, OMS, or inventory/logistics management systems.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across internal teams and external courier partners.\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple operational priorities.\nPreferred\nExperience in D2C, E-commerce, Beauty, Cosmetics, FMCG, Retail, or Consumer Brands is preferred, though candidates from other industries with strong warehouse/logistics experience are equally welcome.\nFamiliarity with warehouse KPIs, inventory audits, cycle counting, courier aggregators, and process optimization methodologies is an
