infrastructure improvement initiatives.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\nAdminister, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments to ensure system availability, performance, and security.\nManage Windows Active Directory, including user and group administration, authentication, access permissions, and Group Policy Objects (GPOs).\nInstall, configure, monitor, and maintain VMware vSphere and ESXi environments.\nManage virtual machines, resource allocation, virtual infrastructure health, and capacity utilisation.\nDevelop and maintain Windows PowerShell scripts to automate repetitive administrative tasks and improve operational efficiency.\nPlan and execute Windows Server upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure modernisation activities.\nManage server patching, security updates, software updates, and maintenance schedules.\nMonitor infrastructure performance, identify potential issues, and implement preventive measures.\nTroubleshoot Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, and virtualisation-related incidents.\nPerform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.\nSupport infrastructure backup, recovery, business continuity, and disaster recovery activities as required.\nFollow established change-management, security, compliance, and infrastructure maintenance procedures.\nMaintain accurate technical documentation, configuration records, operational procedures, and incident reports.\nCollaborate with IT operations, security, application, and support teams to resolve infrastructure issues.\nIdentify opportunities to improve infrastructure reliability, automation, system performance, and operational processes.\nWhat Makes You a Great Fit\n6+ years of professional experience in Windows administration, infrastructure operations, or systems engineering.\nStrong hands-on expertise in Windows Server administration and enterprise infrastructure management.\nProven experience administering Windows Active Directory, Group Policy, user accounts, groups, and access controls.\nPractical experience with VMware vSphere and ESXi administration, including virtual machine management and troubleshooting.\nStrong scripting skills in Windows PowerShell for automation and administrative operations.\nExperience planning and executing Windows Server upgrades, migrations, patching, and updates.\nStrong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills across Windows and virtualised environments.\nGood understanding of infrastructure security, access management, system availability, and performance monitoring.\nFamiliarity with backup and recovery procedures, change management, and IT service-management practices.\nStrong organisational skills and attention to detail when managing maintenance activities and technical documentation.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.\nA proactive
