Responsibilities\n· Install, assemble, repair and maintain piping systems for HVAC/ACMV and mechanical works.\n· Carry out pipe cutting, threading, bending, fitting and installation according to drawings and site requirements.\n· Perform welding and fabrication works for metal and stainless-steel components, piping and supports.\n· Carry out metal fabrication, including measuring, cutting, grinding, drilling, fitting and assembly.\n· Perform stainless-steel fabrication and welding works to the required dimensions and specifications.\n· Read and follow piping layouts, shop drawings and work instructions.\n· Perform measurement, alignment and fitting of pipes, valves, supports and related components.\n· Assist with testing, inspection and rectification of piping and welding works.\n· Ensure welding, fabrication and installation works comply with workplace safety and project requirements.\n· Maintain proper housekeeping at the worksite.\n· Carry out other related duties assigned by the supervisor or project manager.\nJob Requirements\n· Possess a valid BCA-recognised pipefitting / relevant construction trade certificate.\n· Minimum 1 year of relevant pipefitting and/or welding experience.\n· Experience in metal fabrication and stainless-steel fabrication/welding will be an advantage.\n· Experience in HVAC/ACMV, mechanical piping or building services will be an advantage.\n· Able to read and understand basic piping drawings, fabrication drawings and layouts.\n· Familiar with common welding, pipefitting and metal fabrication tools and equipment.\n· Able to carry out basic welding and fabrication works on mild steel and stainless steel.\n· Good understanding of workplace safety requirements.\n· Physically fit and able to work at project sites.\n· Able to work independently and as part of a team.\n· Willing to work overtime when required.\nWorking Hours\n· Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM –5:00 PM\n· Saturday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM\nSalary& Benefits\n· Basic salary: S$2,200 – S$3,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.\n· Overtime payment will be provided where applicable.\n· Annual leave and medical benefits in accordance with company policy
