Role Description As part of the Marketing Technology (MarTech) team, you will build the next generation of marketing automation - designing and deploying autonomous AI agents that drive insights from digital campaigns and independently optimize marketing operations. You will work daily alongside the Performance Marketing team, deeply understanding their KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rates) and how media platforms work, their campaign structures, auction mechanics, and APIs (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Apple Search Ads) to ensure every system you build directly serves campaign performance goals.
