The team manages existing partnerships with Airlines, OTAs, Channel Managers, and Affiliates, and identifies new opportunities to grow the Flights marketplace business, working alongside some of the most innovative online marketing and product teams in the travel industry.\n\nThe Role:\nThis internship offers a hands-on opportunity to learn the Marketplace Commercial business at Wego by directly supporting the Business Development Manager. You will assist in managing existing partnerships with Airlines, OTAs, Channel Managers, and Affiliates, and help identify new opportunities to grow the Flights marketplace business. The role is designed for someone eager to develop technical, analytical, and commercial skills while working alongside some of the most innovative online marketing and product teams in the travel industry. You will help analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and contribute ideas that shape day-to-day partner conversations.\nWhat you will be working on:\nSupport the Business Development Manager in day-to-day account management for Airlines, Channel Managers, Affiliates, and OTAs.\n\nAssist in maintaining positive relationships with Wego partners through regular follow-ups and clear, professional communication.\n\nHelp prepare account performance decks, media plans, and progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.\n\nTrack partner campaigns and flag any issues or opportunities to the manager or operations team.\n\nAssist in gathering market intelligence - monitoring competitor activity, industry trends, and new partner opportunities.\n\nCoordinate with the Marketing team on partner campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization tasks.\n\nSupport the Operations team in preparing and validating regular business reports.\n\nCoordinate with the Finance and Data teams to help track invoicing, payment status, and reconciliations.\n\nLearn to identify and address basic data issues in reports to reduce errors.\n\nCore Responsibilities:\nTimely, well-formatted partner performance reports and dashboards under the guidance of the manager.\n\nAssist in onboarding documentation and initial communication with newly signed partners.\n\nContribute to achieving the team's monthly and quarterly targets through diligent operational support.\n\nHelp maintain partner records, meeting notes, and follow-up trackers.\n\nCross-functional coordination with Marketing, Operations, Technology, Finance, and Data teams as directed.\n\nTake ownership of small projects assigned by the Business Development Manager and see them through to completion.\n\nSkills and experience:\nRecent graduate or final-year student in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business, Marketing, or a related field.\n\nNo prior work experience required; internships, part-time roles, or academic projects in travel/e-commerce are a plus.\n\nStrong interest in the travel industry and digital marketplaces.\n\nGood analytical mindset with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables);
