Supervises the daily operations of the Music City Central facility\nPhysical Requirements with or without reasonable accommodations:\nPhysical activity includes but is not limited to:\nSitting, standing, lifting, reaching, walking, talking, writing, carrying, grasping, holding, clarity of vision, speaking, listening.\nMust be able to operate office equipment, including but not limited to telephone system, computer system, printer, copy machine, facsimile machine, and camera equipment.\nOther Requirements:\nAbility to work any schedule, including evenings and weekends on a regular schedule, and work extra hours as needed \nRespond to emergency situations (such as reporting to work early/staying late due to bad weather)\nMaintains effective working relationship with all levels of employees\nMaintain confidentiality\nAbility to make clear decisions during stressful situations\nRead schedules, maps, route guides, detour sheets, etc. and interpret information\nUnderstand and carry out detailed written or verbal instructions\nPerform arithmetic calculations\nReceives and counts cash and accurately reports figures\nTrouble shooting\nSpeak clearly and distinctly\nWork with little supervision\nAbility to drive company vehicle, follow traffic laws and obey safety rules\nPerform repetitive work\nPractice good customer service skills\nMeet required deadline\nRecommended Preparation for Employment:\nCompletion of high school or possession of a GED certificate.\nMust possess a valid Commercial Drivers License, either prior to assuming this position or within a timeframe set forth by management.\nSupervisory experience is desired. \nBus operator experience helpful. \nMust acquire knowledge of all bus routes, fare structures, safety procedures, standard
