The Data Analyst will be responsible for interpreting and analyzing data to help drive decisionmaking processes. This role requires strong analytical skills, an understanding of data trends, and the ability to present actionable insights to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will work with large datasets, analyze trends, and create reports to help guide business strategies and improve operations.\nResponsibilities\n\nCollect, process, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.\nPrepare detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.\nWork closely with management and teams to understand business requirements and provide datadriven recommendations.\nIdentify opportunities for process improvement based on data analysis and performance metrics.\nPerform data validation, cleaning, and transformation to ensure highquality datasets.\nDevelop and maintain data models and reporting tools to support decisionmaking.\nCollaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure data is being used effectively across the organization.\nSupport adhoc analysis and projects as required by business needs.\nStay updated with new data analysis techniques, tools, and technologies\n\nPosition Requirements\n\nProven experience as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or similar role in data analysis.\nProficient in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.\nExperience with statistical tools and programming languages like Python, R, or similar.\nAbility to handle large datasets and perform complex data manipulation tasks.\nStrong problemsolving skills and an analytical mindset.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.\nKnowledge of database management systems and data warehousing concepts.\nFamiliarity with machine learning algorithms and predictive analytics is a plus.\n\nQualifications\n\nBachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).\nMinimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.\nExperience with business intelligence tools and databases.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets while ensuring accuracy.\nExperience with cloudbased data platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud is a plus.\nFamiliarity with data governance and privacy best practices is a
