By combining these clinical breakthroughs with our digital-first community, we are uniquely positioned to lead the future of weight health care.\nWhat You’ll Do\nAs an Engineer on the Clinic Platform team, you’ll build and scale the systems that power our clinician and patient experiences end-to-end.\nDesign, build, and own fullstack features across web and backend systems supporting telehealth workflows (intake, eligibility, prescribing, care plans, follow-ups)\nPartner closely with product, design, and clinical teams to deliver intuitive, compliant, and high - quality user experiences\nBuild scalable backend services and APIs that integrate with EHRs, pharmacies, labs, and third - party partners\nDevelop modern frontend applications (React - based) that power internal clinician tools and member - facing experiences\nEnsure performance, reliability, and security across critical healthcare flows\nContribute to architecture decisions, technical strategy, and system design for a rapidly evolving platform\nDrive experimentation and iteration, enabling rapid product improvements while maintaining high quality\nMentor engineers and raise the bar for engineering excellence, code quality, and operational rigor\nWhat We’re Looking For\n10+ years of experience building and scaling fullstack applications\nStrong experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, TypeScript)\nSolid backend experience with Node.js (or similar) building APIs and distributed systems\nExperience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL\nStrong understanding of system design, data modeling, and scalability\nExperience working with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and modern deployment practices\nFamiliarity with observability, performance tuning, and production debugging\nAbility to operate in a fast - moving environment with high ownership and accountability\nBase salary may vary depending on, but not limited to: skills, experience, and location.
