Disponibilidad a trabajar primer o segundo turno\nMin 4 años de experiencia en mantenimiento/instrumentacion con grado asociado o 6 años de experiencia con escuela superior.\nSUMMARY\nUnder minimal direction, is responsible for performing/providing calibration, repair, installation, troubleshooting, loop checking and documentation of instruments and process control systems used in manufacturing and utility plants and analytical labs.\nAll work must be completed to assure minimal impact to production while complying with cGMP and Amgen regulations.\nFunctions:\nPerform advanced calibrations of instruments on process and utility equipment.\nMaintain an up-to-date working spare parts inventory system for the equipment/systems.\nEnsure that calibration paperwork, instrument files and work order documentation is completed with accurate information.\nEvaluate the current calibration cycles and make appropriate changes to optimize the calibration program.\nDevelop and maintain a detailed training program for the team in order to develop team's knowledge in all areas of the plant.\nDevelop, revise, and review SOPs for related areas. Design, install, configure, and start-up multiple instruments and microprocessor based controllers used for process control. Troubleshoot and repair hardware and software problems for computer based process control systems.\nAll work must be completed in accordance with CFRs, cGMPs, SOPs, and Amgen policies.\nPerform regular certification of equipment to verify conformance to industry standards and Amgen procedures.\nMaintain an up-to-date cGMP training book.
