Supervise crews during tank cleaning, removal, installation, and site remediation, ensuring compliance with safety regulations like OSHA.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead and supervise a team of operators who control and monitor transfers of the various bulk liquid chemicals stored and handled at the facility.\nCoordinate and supervise product transfers to and from tanks, trucks, and pipelines (direct movements).\nPhysically control and monitor all terminal movements.\nPhysically control and monitor the terminal's utility systems. Interpret computer-based inventory control and order management systems and distribute the daily workload among the Operations team.\nManage all quality control equipment calibration: thermometers, measurement tapes, hydrometers, etc.\nInterpret computer-based inventory control and order management systems and distribute the daily workload among the Operations team.\nWhen necessary, verify automated tank gauging systems. Coordinate and interface with customer representatives and surveyors.\nCoordinate product movements from the tank farm.\nPlay a key role in responding to terminal emergencies such as spills and fire.\nDrives and promotes safety throughout the site.\nParticipates in operations, inventory, safety and communication meetings.\nParticipates in incident investigations and takes action to prevent recurrence.\nEnsures environmental policies and practices are followed and all spills are properly reported.\nEnsures hazardous waste generated are properly handled and not allowed to accumulate.\nCoordinates with Maintenance & HSSE Supervisor.\n24/7 availability to respond to critical airport operational needs.\nWorks closely with the local Operations Manager to research problems and communicate necessary information.\nMaintains compliance with regulatory agencies.\nMaintains compliance with company policies.\nResponds to facility and hydrant issues to minimize any delays.\nTrains employees as required.\nSome responsibilities may include interviewing, hiring, and employee performance management.\nManage invoices, PO’s, and RFA creation; work with Navision and Kissflow.\nOther duties as assigned.\nMain accountabilities include:\nComplete shift reports\nMust be able to direct others and give clear directions.\nAble to organize and disseminate accurate operational information.\nConduct shift briefings to ensure staff are organized.\nEnsure timely response to airlines and fueling teams for equipment-related issues and audits.\nAvailable to work off hours including nights, weekends & holidays.\nRepresents the Company in a positive manner, modeling ethical business behavior and integrity.\nAble to respond to and direct emergency and spill response activities.\nAssures adherence to safety policies and procedures. Supervisory Responsibilities\nManages employees in the Fuel Facility (tank farm).\nIs responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this unit.\nCarries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.\nResponsibilities include interviewing; training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; employee recognition, addressing issues and ensuring employees successfully complete company's training programs.\nOther duties as assigned.
