You're highly organized, detail-oriented, and trusted to handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion.\nResponsibilities\nTalent Acquisition (roughly 60% of the role)Manage full-cycle recruiting: intake with hiring managers, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offers\nPartner with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring plans, and interview processes\nProactively source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and other channels\nManage the applicant tracking system (ATS), keeping candidate data and pipeline reporting accurate\nDeliver a candidate experience that reflects our culture, with clear and timely communication at every stage\n\nPeople Operations (roughly 40% of the role)Administer HR systems (HRIS), keeping employee data accurate, secure, and compliant\nAssist all aspects of the employment lifecycle: from offer to offboarding\nSupport benefits administration and leave management\nServe as first point of contact for employee questions on policies, benefits, and HR processes\nHelp maintain the employee handbook, policies, and internal documentation\nEnsure compliance with employment and hiring laws, and flag risks early\nIdentify opportunities to automate and streamline both recruiting and People processes\n\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university in human resources or related field\n1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, HR, or people operations, with direct full-cycle recruiting experience\nProven track record of sourcing, closing, and hiring across multiple functions (e.g. engineering, sales, G&A)\nExperience with technical or specialized recruiting required\nExperience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS (Greenhouse), and HRIS (TriNet) preferred\nWorking knowledge of employment law and hiring compliance\nMust be detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and be extremely organized\nMust possess excellent written and oral communication skills, including ability to communicate with all levels of the org chart\nAbility to say: “I don’t know, but I can get that answer for you” and then find the answer\nAble to work independently (but understand we won’t leave you on an island)\nAbout WeInfuse\nCome join our growing company.
