You’ll work with purpose, learn every day and help shape a more sustainable future.\nWhat you’ll do\nOpportunity Development: Identify and develop new comminution opportunities across Central Asia, engaging with customers from early project stages through to order placement.\nCustomer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with mining customers, understanding their site-specific crushing, HPGR, and screening needs to drive sales growth.\nTechnical Solutions: Develop detailed process flowsheets and technical-economic justifications tailored to customer projects, ensuring solutions are optimized for site conditions.\nSales Execution: Prepare and present comprehensive technical proposals including equipment specifications, performance estimates, and cost-benefit analyses to secure orders.\nMarket Intelligence: Monitor regional market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects to proactively position Weir’s comminution solutions.\nCollaboration & Commissioning: Work closely with engineering and operations teams to ensure seamless equipment integration and support commissioning activities on site.\nTravel Requirements: Regular travel to mining sites and industrial facilities across Central Asia is essential to engage directly with customers and support project delivery.\nSafety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.\nWhat you’ll bring\nMust-haves:\nExtensive knowledge and experience in crushing and screening technologies within the mining industry.\nFluent in Russian and Kazakh languages, with strong communication skills for customer engagement.\nComfortable with frequent site visits and travel across Central Asia.\nStrong customer-focused mindset with the ability to build trusted relationships and manage opportunities independently.\nNice-to-haves:\nPrevious sales experience in crushing and grinding applications or process engineering background in mining.\nDegree in Mining or Mineral Processing Engineering.\nFamiliarity with HPGR technology and circuit modelling tools such as JKSimMet.\nProficiency in English language.\nWhy join Weir?\nWe live our values we think safety first, do the right thing, respect each other, aim high, and delight our customers.
