You’ll work with purpose, learn every day and help shape a more sustainable future.\nWhat you’ll do\nOrder Processing & Execution: Manage third-party order execution from booking in SAP through to delivery by coordinating with internal teams and external customers to ensure revenue conversion aligns with the revenue plan.\nCross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate daily with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Stores & Warehouse, and Finance teams to validate pricing, product availability, and resolve order-related issues or delays.\nOrder Lifecycle Monitoring: Track and monitor the entire order lifecycle, including backlog and fulfillment status, providing timely updates to customers and internal stakeholders.\nReporting & Analysis: Prepare and maintain accurate reports on order fulfillment, backlog, and performance metrics using advanced Excel skills to support decision-making and month-end audit activities.\nCustomer & Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a key communication bridge between customers, sales, and internal teams, ensuring clarity and prompt resolution of inquiries and modifications such as cancellations or returns.\nTravel Requirements: Occasional travel may be required to support cross-functional coordination or customer engagement as needed.\nSafety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.\nWhat you’ll bring\nMust-haves:\nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Production, or MBA with specialization in Order Management.\nHands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP; Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics knowledge is also relevant.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively liaise with customers and internal teams\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities\nNice-to-haves:\n2-3 years of relevant experience in order management or order processing roles\nExperience in supply chain coordination and customer relationship management\nFamiliarity with reporting on backlog, fulfillment, and performance metrics\nAbility to manage time effectively and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment\nWhy join Weir?\nWe live our values we think safety first, do the right thing, respect each other, aim high, and delight our customers.
