You’ll work with purpose, learn every day and help shape a more sustainable future.\nWhat you’ll do\nSafety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.\nEquipment Refurbishment: Perform refurbishment of pumps and all other Weir equipment to OEM standards, ensuring high-quality service delivery. \nOn-site Service: Conduct service-related duties on client sites, including repair services of pump units, daily troubleshooting, and maintenance activities. \nCustomer Communication: Inform customers of any faults or damages on pumps, advising on necessary corrective steps to resolve issues effectively. \nBusiness Growth: Identify opportunities on site and liaise with the Field Service Supervisor to support business growth and customer satisfaction. \nMaintenance Execution: Perform prescriptive-based maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and operational efficiency. \nWhat you’ll bring\nMust-haves:\nMatric/Grade 12 or N3 qualification (with Physical/Engineering Science & Mathematics).\nQualified Artisan (Fitter or Millwright). \nValid Driver’s license.\nProficiency in Microsoft office.\nNice-to-haves:\nN4 qualification in Mechanical Engineering.\nWhy join Weir?\nWe live our values we think safety first, do the right thing, respect each other, aim high, and delight our customers.
