Each individual must take the Mining Safety Hazard Training (MSHA) in order to visit and enter the operations. Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.\n\nRelationships: Manage and grow relationships with high-value mining clients.\n\nAccount Focus: Develop and execute account strategies aligned with client production goals and operational needs.\n\nNegotiation Skills: Lead negotiations, pricing discussions, and long-term partnership planning.\n\nOrganization Skills: Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth and retention.\n\nJob Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:\nAt least 5 years’ experience in mining industry sales, product support, and team leadership.\n\nStrong understanding of mining operations, equipment, and safety standards.\n\nProven success in strategic account management and team development.\n\nSkilled in CRM platforms, sales analytics, and training tools.\n\nComfortable working in remote mining environments and engaging with cross-functional team.\n\nFor additional information about what it is like to work at Weir, please visit our Career Page and LinkedIn Life Page.\nWeir is committed to an inclusive and diverse workplace.
