We believe in fairness and choose to be honest, transparent and authentic in everything we do.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSafety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.\nWork with the qualified HPGR technicians to establish and implement a sustainable growth of the allocated HPGR business unit.\nManage all site installation, repair maintenance and testing as per scopes of work Become a committed team member to looking at continuous improvement in our daily activities\nExhibit a collaborative approach to ensure that customer needs are prioritised and satisfied to meet set service levels.\nContribute to strategic planning of site service and installations.\nProvide technical advice to the Site Service Supervisor for service and components for contracts.\nAttend training and to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills\nShow flexibility under urgent or breakdown conditions in order to service customer requirements\nJob Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:\nCertificate III in Mechanical Engineering, Fitting, Boiler making or another relatable trade\nAdvantageous to have experience working with HPGR’s or similar to equipment\nDogging and Rigging Tickets with relevant industry experience\nAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals\nFounded in 1871, Weir is a world leading engineering business with a purpose to make mining operations smarter, more efficient and sustainable.
