You’ll work with purpose, learn every day and help shape a more sustainable future.\nWhat you’ll do\nPlant Maintenance Management: Oversee maintenance operations including networks, machines, forklifts, lifting equipment, warehouse racks, vehicles, and facility infrastructure such as utilities, IT, and CCTV. Daily tasks include scheduling repairs, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring smooth operation of plant equipment. Success means maintaining operational efficiency and minimizing downtime.\nFacility and Safety Oversight: Manage facility administration, fire protection, personal protective equipment, security, and cleaning services. Participate in inspections by supervisory institutions and ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations. Travel may be required for site inspections and meetings.\nProject and Investment Coordination: Lead strategic projects related to plant operations and digitalization initiatives. Supervise implementation of new machines and equipment, and manage budgets to optimize costs. Success is demonstrated by timely project delivery and cost control.\nContract and Subcontractor Management: Organize and coordinate teams and external companies providing maintenance services. Ensure subcontractors comply with safety training, work quality, and company policies. Negotiate minor repairs and monitor contract execution.\nContinuous Improvement and Reporting: Conduct root cause analysis, monitor KPIs, define and optimize procedures, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
