Monitor equipment performance and conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure smooth operations. Success means consistently achieving production goals with minimal downtime. Travel is not typically required.\nQuality Maintenance: Follow established procedures to ensure product quality. Perform quality checks and inspections throughout the production process, reporting any defects or issues promptly to supervisors. Success is maintaining high product standards and minimizing defects.\nCost Maintenance: Minimize waste by adhering to production guidelines and operating equipment efficiently. Ensure optimal use of materials and resources, contributing to cost-saving initiatives by identifying areas for improvement\nDelivery Responsibilities: Ensure products are produced and packaged according to delivery schedules. Maintain accurate records of production output and collaborate with the team to meet deadlines.\nSafety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.
