We believe in fairness and choose to be honest, transparent and authentic in everything we do.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSafety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.\nGenerate business for Original Equipment and Aftermarket\nSales & Marketing activities of WMI products in Bihar and Jharkhand state.\nTechno - commercial proposals preparation\nHandling techno-commercial discussions and order conclusion\nOrder closing and sign off with client\nResponsible for generating business from the region as per agreed objectives to meet the company KPIs.\nWeekly Update and data collection on new business opportunities, customer next move reports, way to meet the customer requirements, etc.\nConducting presentation and other sales promotional activities.\nRegular visits to customers in the region.\nReceivable Management.\nJob Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:\nBachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech) in Mechanical.\n2 to 3 years of relevant sales experience.\nExperience in sales & marketing of slurry pumps / Minerals Processing equipment / Exposure to industrial product sales in Eastern India.\nGood communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.\nFounded in 1871, Weir is a world leading engineering business with a purpose to make mining operations smarter, more efficient and sustainable.
