The Energy Marshall (Electrical LOTO Coordinator) is responsible for overseeing and enforcing Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), energy isolation, and energization procedures, ensuring full compliance with NFPA 70E, OSHA, NEC, and project-specific Energy Isolation and Energization Plans.
