You will become an integral and critical component of the delivery and installation process for WEKA Products, including navigating our customers through the initial onboarding steps into WEKA. The Senior Solutions Architect at WEKA will not only plan and install our products but also define, develop, and test automation to ensure that deploying our products is a fast, predictable, scalable, and easy experience for customers and partners. You will be focused on our customers throughout APAC. \nBring Your Expertise - and Your Passion\nThe ideal candidate will be responsible for relationships with WEKA Sales, Pre-Sales, Engineering, Product Management, other internal groups, customers, and partners worldwide. You’ll work with diverse customers across many industries and environments across different enterprise verticals and sectors, implementing AI, HPC, and other state-of-the-art WEKA environments, both on-prem or public cloud. The Senior Professional Solutions Architect is responsible for structured and unstructured tasks, focusing on assisting customers in achieving their objectives.\nResponsibilities include: \nResponsible for the experience from the sale of the WEKA product to a full deployment to a production stage, ensuring customers have a positive experience throughout the Onboarding process\nManages the project of installing the WEKA product, including risk assessment, planning, deployment scheduling, and reporting status to our customers and partners\nResponsible for documentation of solution details, including diagrams and specifications, focusing on translating undefined requirements into end-to-end solutions.\nUtilizes open-source technologies and tools to accomplish specific use cases encountered within the project.\nUses coding languages or scripting methodologies to solve a problem with a custom workflow.\nCollaborates with project stakeholders to scope the most effective way to tackle complex technological infrastructure challenges.\nPerforms incremental testing actions on code, processes, and deployments to identify ways to streamline execution and minimize human errors.\nPrimary responsibilities will include deploying and managing AI/HPC infrastructure in Linux-based environments for new and existing customers.\nDesired Qualifications\nExcellent oral and written communication skills with a strong focus on customer experience\nExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, including excellent documentation skills\nKnowledge of best practices and IT operations within Enterprise environments, focusing on mission-critical infrastructure\nExperience with automation tools/cluster management such as Ansible, Salt, Puppet, Bright, Jenkins, or xcat.\nKnowledge and experience with scripting languages like Python, Bash, or Perl.\nExperience with Source Code Control Systems like GitHub and git\nExperience with Ethernet or InfiniBand networking, particularly 100+Gb networks \nExperience with performance monitoring/tuning Linux systems \nExperience with HPC environments, including knowledge of HPC cluster management tools \nExperience with Parallel Filesystems (Lustre, GPFS/SpectrumScale, DDN)\nFamiliar with SDS (Software-Defined Storage)\nHands-on administration/operation knowledge of Kubernetes / Containerized Workloads\nHands-on experience in Linux Systems Administration\nBS in Computer Science or equivalent working experience \nStrong interpersonal skills for technical presentations, architectural designs, and being a trusted advisor to customers (experience in sales, consulting, or Customer Success)\nProvides ad-hoc knowledge transfers, develops handover materials, and guides customers during deployments. \nWillingness to travel as needed.\nFluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese to effectively communicate with international stakeholders and cross-border teams.\nThe WEKA Way:\nWe are Accountable: We take full ownership, always-even when things don’t go as planned.
