If you share our passion, we invite you to join us on this exciting journey.\nLocation: Campbell, CA\nAbout the role:\nWe are seeking a Technical Alliance Engineer with deep expertise in parallel file systems, storage technologies, AI technologies, and performance benchmarking to join our team. As a PM, you will bridge the gap between engineering, product management, and marketing by demonstrating the value of our technology integrations through technical content, benchmarking, and certification testing. You will be responsible for crafting compelling narratives, developing performance analysis, and engaging with customers to highlight the advantages of our storage solutions.\nWhat you’ll do: \nWork with alliance partners to explore product integration opportunities to jointly solve customer problems. \nWork on partner certification and validation.\nDevelop and execute benchmarking methodologies to measure and showcase the performance of our parallel file system solutions. Focus more on use case-based benchmarks to highlight product differentiation\nWork hands-on with NVMe storage, AI/ML workloads, and high-performance file systems to optimize performance and validate use cases.\nLeverage experience with NVIDIA technologies including GPUDirect Storage (GDS), GPU architectures, Spectrum-X networking, and accelerator architectures to enhance storage performance and AI/ML workloads.\nCreate technical content such as whitepapers, blogs, presentations, and solution briefs to communicate the value of our technology.\nCollaborate with engineering teams to provide feedback on product features and performance tuning.\nEngage with customers and partners to deliver technical presentations, webinars, and hands-on workshops.\nEvaluate partner product features and replicate customer scenarios.\nSupport field teams by providing deep technical insights and assisting in pre-sales engagements.\nAnalyze market trends in storage, NVMe, AI/ML workloads, and GPU-accelerated computing to refine messaging and competitive positioning.\nRequired Qualifications:\nStrong understanding of parallel file systems (e.g., Lustre, IBM Spectrum Scale, WekaFS, BeeGFS, etc.).\nExpertise in storage benchmarking tools (e.g., FIO, IOzone, mdtest, IOR, Elbencho, SPECStorage, etc.).\nHands-on experience with infrastructure setup and configuration. Strong knowledge of NVMestorage and its role in high-performance computing and AI/ML workloads.\nSolid grasp of AI/ML workflows and how they interact with storage architectures.\nExperience working with NVIDIA GPU architectures, GPUDirect Storage (GDS), and Spectrum-X networking.\nDeep knowledge of file system internals, storage networking, and data management technologies.\nExperience working in a storage lab environment, setting up test environments, and troubleshooting performance issues.\nStrong ability to create technical content and presentations for both technical and business audiences.\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.\nStrong knowledge of virtualization and containerization technologies.
