This role directly supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract, where you will serve as the trusted interface connecting Government customers, program leadership, and technical teams across high-visibility initiatives.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nThe IT Integration Manager serves as a senior individual contributor and trusted interface among Government customers, program leadership, technical teams, and functional stakeholders.\nThis role is primarily responsible for integrating complex information technology (IT), operational, and project-management activities across multiple stakeholders. The successful candidate will drive execution of priority initiatives; maintain alignment across scope, schedule, dependencies, risks, and technical objectives; and communicate status and decision requirements to senior Government and contractor leadership.\nSuccess in this role depends on influence, coordination, technical credibility, disciplined execution, and the ability to communicate clearly with senior leaders and customers. The position emphasizes coordination across technical and program functions, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and senior-level customer engagement.\nEssential Responsibilities\nLead integration and execution of complex, high-priority IT and mission-support initiatives supporting MDA customers.\nServe as a primary contractor interface for assigned initiatives, coordinating with Government stakeholders, program leadership, technical subject-matter experts, and external partners.\nDevelop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, action-item trackers, dependency logs, risk registers, and decision-support materials.\nCoordinate cross-functional activities to ensure technical, operational, and programmatic requirements are understood, aligned, and executed on schedule.\nIdentify integration issues, schedule conflicts, technical risks, resource constraints, and decision points; develop practical mitigation strategies and elevate issues as appropriate.\nPlan, facilitate, and document integrated product team meetings, technical exchanges, working groups, program reviews, and customer engagements.\nPrepare and deliver clear, concise briefings, read-aheads, executive summaries, and status reports for senior Government and contractor leaders.\nTranslate complex technical information into decision-ready products tailored to technical, programmatic, and executive audiences.\nMonitor initiative performance against established scope, milestones, deliverables, and customer priorities.\nSupporting and managing resource allocations for initiatives by collaborating with Service Delivery Managers.\nCoordinate with program-control, finance, and contract personnel as needed to support basic schedule, labor, and funding-status inputs; this role is not expected to serve as the primary owner of detailed financial tracking or cost-management functions.\nSupport development and maintenance of program documentation, including project charters, plans of action and milestones, integrated master schedules, risk-management artifacts, and technical or management reports.\nEnsure work products comply with applicable contract requirements, customer policies, and security requirements.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nThe successful candidate will:\nHave strong written, verbal, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.\nBe able to work independently, prioritize competing requirements, and operate effectively in a dynamic, high-visibility environment.\nWhat You Bring\nBasic Requirements:\nMust have 10, or more, years of general (full-time) work experienceMay be reduced with completion of advanced education\n\nMust have 7, or more, years of progressively responsible experience supporting IT, systems integration, program management, project management, engineering, defense, or federal Government programs.\nMust have 6, or more, months of experience working in a management or leadership role\nMust have the demonstrated experience managing or integrating multiple concurrent projects, initiatives, workstreams, or technical efforts in a complex customer environment.\nMust have the demonstrated ability to coordinate across technical and non-technical stakeholders without direct supervisory authority.\nMust have experience developing and maintaining project schedules, milestone plans, risk registers, issue logs, action-item trackers, and executive-level status reporting.\nMust have experience preparing and presenting briefings to senior leaders, Government customers, and technical stakeholders.\nMust have a strong understanding of IT environments, systems integration, cybersecurity considerations, infrastructure, software-development lifecycles, or related technical disciplines.\nMust have an active DoW Secret Security Clearance\nDesired Requirements:\nHave a Bachelor's degree, or higher, in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Business Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.\nHave a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.\nHave a current CompTIA Security+ certification.\nHave experience supporting the Missile Defense Agency, Department of War, Joint organizations, or other major defense acquisition and technology programs.\nHave experience as a Task Order Lead, Senior Project Manager, Integrated Product Team lead, Technical Program Manager, or similar role.\nHave experience supporting IT modernization, cybersecurity, systems engineering, enterprise infrastructure, digital transformation, or mission-system integration efforts.\nBe familiar with Agile, hybrid, or traditional project-management methodologies.\nHave experience using Microsoft Project, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, or comparable collaboration and project-management tools.\nWhy LaunchTech?\nLaunchTech is built on a single standard: Excellence, Period.\nThis senior role puts you at the center of high-visibility IT integration efforts that directly shape mission outcomes for the nation's missile defense enterprise.\nWe offer:\nMedical, Dental, and Vision coverage\n401(k) with company match\nPaid Time Off (PTO)\nMission-driven work with opportunities to grow\nAnd more\nReady to Join the LaunchTech Crew?\nLaunchTech is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
