You should be someone who's ready to build real ownership in a role and grow with a company that will invest in you as you do.\nWhat You'll Do\nCoordinate multiple concurrent projects across federal, state, and commercial contracts, tracking timelines, deliverables, and objectives\nTrack project-level budgets, spend, and burn rate, flagging variances and funding changes\nTrack and reconcile customer, subcontractor, and vendor invoices\nTrack timesheets and labor hours against contract labor categories for T&M and firm fixed price billing\nManage partner, client, and employee correspondence\nBuild and run meeting agendas, track action items to closure\nMaintain deliverable schedules and document version control\nCoordinate recruiting activity, including postings, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate tracking\nCoordinate onboarding and offboarding, including access and badging for cleared personnel\nContribute past performance write-ups and metrics from contracts you manage\nWhat You'll Need\n3-5 years of experience in project coordination or program support\nActive Secret security clearance or higher\nProficiency in Microsoft Office suite\nExperience with Monday.com or similar project management platforms\nExperience supporting federal contracts and IT programs\nWorking knowledge of contract types, task orders, IDIQs, GWACs, and federal contracting terminology\nWhy LaunchTech?\nLaunchTech is built on a single standard: Excellence, Period.
