This position partners with hiring managers to develop and execute recruiting strategies, drive hiring decisions, and improve overall talent outcomes.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nManage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including direct labor, indirect hourly, and site-level exempt positions where applicable. \nPartner with hiring managers to lead intake discussions and define candidate profiles, hiring priorities, and timelines \nExecute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates in competitive labor markets \nScreen and evaluate candidates using structured and behavioral-based interview techniques \nFacilitate and guide hiring managers through the interview and selection process \nDrive timely decision-making by influencing hiring managers and ensuring consistent feedback \nManage offer process, including approvals, negotiations, and candidate closing \nOwn preboarding process to ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to start date \nMonitor recruiting metrics (Time to Fill, Time to Hire, etc.) and adjust strategies to improve outcomes \nBuild and maintain talent pipelines aligned with current and future workforce needs \nServe as a strategic recruiting partner to site leadership \nREQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS\nEducation:\nHigh School Diploma or Equivalent Required \nExperience\n2+ years of recruiting, HR, or related experience \nExperience supporting high-volume or manufacturing environments preferred \nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills \n Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities independently \nSPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS OR ABILITIES\nStrong written and oral communication. \nOrganization and attention to detail. \nAnalytical and problem-solving skills. \nTime management. \nSystems analysis. \nMathematical and deductive reasoning. \nCritical thinking. \nPHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the functions of this job with or without reasonable accommodation.\nThe work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the functions of this job.\nPhysical Requirements:\nSit and stand as needed.\nMay require walking on a level surface for periods throughout the day.\nReaching above shoulders, below waist and lifting as required to file documents or store materials. \nLifting to 25 lbs.\nWork Environment:\nTypical office setting \nMay require you to enter a manufacturing environment that requires proper PPE including safety shoes, safety glasses and hearing protection. \nManufacturing environment may be loud, hot/cold depending on season\nDisclaimer: This list does not represent all physical demands.
